4Tissue provides better breast reconstruction

A group of scientists in Ghent is developing a material for breast reconstruction and founding a spin-off, 4Tissue, to bring their invention to patients. The first data on the development of this material, based on a basic polymer, showed promising results in vitro and in vivo. The company is currently focused on raising external funding to continue the development of this hydrogel.
